Get ready to rejuvenate your soul, body & mind at Sol y Luna Immersion. We have intentionally crafted a balanced itinerary of twice daily yoga, relaxation, heart opening ceremonies & more.
We will open and close each day with yoga guided by Rebecca and Evelyn. Each day will then consist of a different activity to foster self exploration. We will explore Bhakti yoga through kirtan, detox through a traditional Temazcal ceremony and raise our vibration with ecstatic dance guided by Rebecca & DJ36ixty5. Rebecca will host her very special ‘The Frequency of Clothing’ Workshop giving you better insight on Slow Fashion & the clothing you choose to wear.
A 60 min on-site massage is included and will set the tone for your week in beautiful Costa Rica.
For our yang (active) activity, we will venture to Isla Tortuga on a catamaran! You will be treated to a light breakfast on board as well as rum punch & margaritas. Hop on the optional banana boat or grab your provided snorkel and check out the marine life below. Once we dock on the island, you will be served a beautiful buffet lunch on the beach. After lunch, we will explore and take an eco hike & enjoy the beach.

We will be staying at the beautiful Vida Asana which is conveniently located 90 minutes from San Jose Airport (SJO), just outside of Jacó in beautiful Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. Situated between the lush tropical beauty of the jungle and world-famous beaches of Playa Hermosa, our location provides easy access to a variety of activities, excursions, restaurants, and shopping, yet offers a peaceful jungle setting to repose.
There is the option of SHARED room or PRIVATE room. All rooms have a private bathroom, hot water, AC, ceiling fan, and organic soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Vida Asana has a pool, sun deck with lounge chairs, hammocks, and covered lounge area free to use whenever you would like.

Rebecca Anne Geraci
Rebecca is an empathetic, free-spirited teacher and creator with a focus on the heart & emotional wellness. She grew up doing yoga with her mom & sister which blossomed into a deep passion for the practice. 11 years into her personal practice she decided it was time to combine her love of yoga and helping others.
Rebecca earned her 200hr Hatha & Vinyasa certification at Vida Asana Yoga School in Costa Rica in May 2021. She is also certified in Yin Yoga & is Reiki 1 & 2 attuned. She is currently working on her 300hr certification as well as becoming prenatal/postnatal certified.
Rebecca understands & believes that yoga goes beyond the mat and seeks to instill this knowledge in her students. Her classes intentionally weave the Yamas & Niyamas (yogic principles), Chakras, sound healing and essential oil therapy. Rebecca’s offerings are gentle & intuitively guided.
In addition to yoga, she loves serving her community with healing modalities like breathwork, meditation and cacao ceremonies. Wellness coordination comes natural to her and she has translated that talent into creating and hosting yoga retreats all over the world.
Rebecca also owns a sustainable clothing brand specializing in one of a kind, plant based garments called Ragtribe. She designs, cuts and sews each piece in house and is expanding to small batch production made in Los Angeles & India.
Her ultimate goal is to shed light on the power we each have inside of us to heal ourselves and propel our lives forward.

Evelyn Behn-Amador
Evelyn and her family are the temporary guardians of Agua Blanca, living and working every day for their dreams. Evelyn is a certified yoga instructor by the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200), graduated from Vida Asana in Costa Rica. Trained by amazing Ashtanga line teachers, she offers Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga classes for beginners and intermediates every day at Agua Blanca. Passionate about nature, for the simple beauties of life, healthy food, yogic philosophy, exercise and self-discovery, she always does her best to transmit these concepts to her students.
Seven Amun Sun Ra
Seven is a healing crystal specialist as well as an infinite, spiritual DJ known as Dj36ixty5. Through DJ’ing, he spreads the frequency of infinite music; from yoga flows & ecstatic dancing to rocksteady, dancehall & hiphop. He understands the healing capabilities of frequencies and aims to share this knowledge and power with his students.
