If your new rag doesn’t totally rock your world then please 

email us at Rebecca@ragtribe.com with the following info: 

- Order number

- Reason for return request/exchange

We only accept returns for store credit or exchange. 

Return/ exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Common courtesy is much appreciated; please send items back 

unwashed, unworn and in original condition.

Once your return is received, a store credit gift card will be issued via email equal to

the original purchase price, shipping costs excluded. 

Each item is handmade and one of a kind but a custom variation can absolutely be created!

If you receive your order and something isn’t fitting correctly or as requested, please message us. 

We will happily take your piece back and have it adjusted.
